Compassionate Inquiry Support Group Online - Testimonials
“Participating in the CI group has been deeply supportive, nourishing, and transformational for me. I experience the CI group as a comforting and safe space to return to myself. In this group I process emotions that I have neglected, while being guided and witnessed by Heather. Heather holds this space with devotion, sincerity, and pure acceptance.
I recommend this group to anyone who seeks emotional support at this time, feels confused or scared by the state of the world, or is hoping to develop their own skills of witnessing and processing their emotions, feelings, and traumas. This group is a beautiful and loving opportunity to reconnect to innate sensitivity and authentic embodiment. <3”

“I personally derive a lot of value out of the Heather’s Compassionate Inquiry "meditations" that have been hosted during the 2020 "lock-down".
Most of my life I did not have what I would call a "healthy" relationship with my emotions. I either hid them, suppressed them, chemically altered them, or unleashed them upon unsuspecting victims. I did just about anything besides accept and understand my emotions. In 2015 I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and began the long road to recovery. This road crossed through many arenas of treatment and support: medical, psychiatric, communal, and spiritual.
Heather's services have been a valuable piece of recovery in my meditative practice and spiritual growth: two elements that are integral to my mental health and general well-being.
Her guided Compassionate Inquiry sets a safe, welcoming, and compassionate tone. The first stage of meditating to ground oneself in supportive network in nature has made it possible for me to reach deeper during the Compassionate Inquiry and access more difficult emotions and memories. I have been able to engage in levels of self-reflection I have hitherto been avoiding because of fear or self-delusion.
Heather's Compassionate Inquiries have helped me to take one more step into fuller recovery: psychological, spiritual, and physical.”

“Weaving both Compassionate Inquiry practices and Indigenous spirituality traditions, Heather does amazing work facilitating a safe supportive space for individuals to embark on their self-discovery and healing journeys. Taking this approach offered for profound visualisation in connecting and caring for the inner child, and in doing so, caring for who we are today.”
